For Gamers by Gamers

Games should be
fun. Period.

We make indie games with big heart, bright pixels, and absolutely zero interest in turning your playtime into an ad break.

Our high score

Joy over metrics.
Players over eyeballs.

Somewhere along the way, games started feeling like billboards with buttons. We’re here to hit reset.

01

Fun comes first

If it doesn’t make us grin, lean closer, or yell “one more try,” it’s not ready.

02

Made with care

No engagement traps. No cynical shortcuts. Just thoughtful games built by people who love them.

03

No ad games

We’re building play experiences—not ad inventory. Your attention deserves better.

The origin story

Small office.
Big bewm.

Ka-Bewm is an independent game studio born in a home office and raised on a lifelong love of play.

I grew up in the 80s, when every quarter mattered and a five-dollar bill from your mom could buy an entire Saturday morning at the arcade. Playing side by side with your best friends, chasing one more level, one more boss, one more miracle comeback—that was magic.

Somewhere along the way, too many games got complicated in all the wrong ways. More currencies. More stores. More ways to drain your hard-earned cash before asking you to move on and spend again.

I want Ka-Bewm to bring back that old arcade feeling: the rush of almost running out of health, beating the boss anyway, saving the day, and grinning like you just got away with something. Let’s bring fun back.
